EN Teaching Assistant – St Leonards – Long-Term
Location: St Leonards
Pay: £90–£110 per day
Start date: Immediate
Contract: Long-Term, Full time
GSL Education are looking for a reliable SEN Teaching Assistant to join a primary school in St Leonards. This is a long-term post supporting children with additional needs, either 1:1 or in small groups.
You’ll work closely with the class teacher and SENCO, using consistent strategies to help pupils regulate behaviour, access learning, and build confidence.
What we’re looking for:
• SEN or SEMH experience (school-based or similar)
• A calm, positive approach and strong communication skills
• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to apply)
• Full 10-year CV with no unexplained gaps
