Level 3 Teaching Assistant
Location: Gainsborough
Salary: £88.94 - £114.84 per day (Depending on Experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-Day / Long-Term; Full-Time / Part-Time

GSL Education are currently seeking experienced and qualified Level 3 Teaching Assistants to support pupils in primary schools across Gainsborough. This is a fantastic opportunity for those who are passionate about supporting children’s learning and development and want to play a key role in shaping their education.
Level 3 TA Responsibilities:
- Support pupils in class, in small groups, or on a one-to-one basis.
- Work alongside teachers to deliver high-quality, differentiated lessons.
- Assist in the preparation of classroom materials and learning resources.
- Promote positive behaviour and support emotional well-being.
- Deliver targeted interventions to support pupil progress.
- Monitor and record student progress and provide feedback to teachers.
- Support pupils with additional needs including those with EHCPs.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and outside agencies where appropriate.
- Uphold the school’s policies, including safeguarding and child protection.
- Contribute positively to the overall school community and culture.
Candidate Requirements for Level 3 Teaching Assistant:
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent is desirable.
- Previous experience working within a primary school setting.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A proactive and flexible approach to learning support.
- Sound understanding of child development and the national curriculum.
- Strong behaviour management skills and a nurturing attitude.
- Have an updated CV and an enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one
