About the Role

As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in enhancing students’ learning experiences. Working closely with teachers, you’ll provide tailored one-on-one and small group support, assist in lesson planning, and help create an inclusive and engaging classroom environment. Key Responsibilities of Level 3 Teaching Assistant (TA)

  • Collaborate with teachers to design and implement personalised learning plans.
  • Deliver targeted interventions to support academic and personal development.
  • Promote positive behaviour and model effective study habits.
  • Assist in preparing engaging lesson materials and classroom resources.
  • Monitor and record student progress, sharing insights with staff and parents.
  • Work with external professionals to ensure holistic support for students.

Requirements of Level 3 Teaching Assistant (TA)

  • Hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
  • Previous experience in a similar educational support role.
  • A genuine passion for helping children succeed.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • A proactive and flexible approach to supporting learning.
  • Strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
