Job Title: Primary Teacher

Salary: £120 – £180 per day (depending on experience)

GSL Education are currently seeking an enthusiastic Primary Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Grimsby. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced practitioners and Early Career Teachers who are passionate about fostering a positive learning environment.
Role Overview:
As a Primary Teacher, you will plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to a range of learning styles, ensuring each child makes progress academically and personally. You will help build a classroom atmosphere that nurtures curiosity, confidence, and a love of learning.
Role Responsibilities:
- Teach the national curriculum, adapting lessons to meet individual needs.
- Encourage pupil participation and maintain a supportive classroom climate.
- Monitor, assess, and report on pupil progress and attainment.
- Collaborate with staff, parents, and carers to promote best outcomes.
- Uphold high standards of behaviour and classroom management.
Requirements for Primary Teacher:
- Hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is desirable.
- Recent experience teaching in a primary setting.
- ECTs welcome to apply.
- Strong communication, organisation, and classroom management skills.
- Have an up-to-date CV (covering the last ten years barring any unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one).
