Job Title: Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teacher

Salary: £120 – £180 per day (depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

GSL Education are currently recruiting for a dedicated and creative EYFS Teacher to join a friendly and inclusive school in Grimsby. Role Overview:
As an Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in delivering child-centred learning through a play-based curriculum. You will foster curiosity, confidence, and development in a safe, supportive classroom environment.
Role Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging EYFS lessons that meet early learning goals.
- Create a stimulating classroom atmosphere to encourage exploration and play.
- Monitor and assess pupil progress and maintain accurate records.
- Work in partnership with teaching assistants, parents, and carers to support each child’s development.
- Ensure a safe and secure environment that promotes emotional and physical wellbeing.
Requirements for EYFS Teacher:
- Hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent is desirable.
- Specialism or strong understanding of the Early Years curriculum.
- Experience teaching in an EYFS setting.
- ECTs welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
- Have an up-to-date CV (covering the last ten years barring any unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one)
