The Role: Cover Supervisor
As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in maintaining continuity in learning when teaching staff are absent. You’ll:
- Take charge of classrooms using pre-set lesson plans
- Keep students on task and manage classroom behaviour
- Provide feedback to teaching staff after lessons
- Ensure a calm, productive learning environment
