Job Title: Key Stage 1 Teacher (KS1)
Location: Spalding
Salary: £120 – £180 per day (depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

GSL Education are currently seeking a dedicated KS1 Teacher to join a friendly and supportive school in Spalding. This role is ideal for both experienced practitioners and ECTs who are passionate about delivering high-quality education in Key Stage 1.
Role Overview:
As a Key Stage 1 Teacher, you will plan and deliver engaging lessons that build strong foundations in literacy, numeracy, and social development. You will foster a safe and stimulating classroom environment that supports academic growth and personal confidence.
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver the national curriculum to KS1 pupils in a creative and inclusive way.
- Provide differentiated instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Assess and track student progress, offering feedback to support achievement.
- Encourage positive behaviour and a love for learning.
- Engage with parents and colleagues to support each child’s development.
Requirements for KS1 Teacher:
- Hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is desirable.
- A solid understanding of the Key Stage 1 curriculum.
- Effective classroom management and strong communication skills.
- Passion for helping children succeed academically and personally.
- Have an up-to-date CV (covering the last ten years barring any unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one).
