Salary: £120 – £180 per day (depending on experience)

GSL Education are currently recruiting a committed EYFS Teacher to work in a welcoming early years setting in Spalding. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to shape the educational journey of young learners during a key stage of development.
Role Overview:
As an Early Years Foundation Stage Teacher (EYFS), you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons and play-based activities that support children’s early learning and development. You will foster a safe, creative, and stimulating environment that encourages exploration, curiosity, and growth.
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum through interactive and inclusive teaching.
- Create a warm and supportive classroom that promotes learning through play.
- Observe, assess, and record children’s progress, tailoring teaching to meet individual needs.
- Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
- Ensure all safeguarding, health, and safety policies are consistently followed.
Requirements for EYFS Teacher:
- Hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is desirable.
- A sound understanding of the EYFS framework.
- A patient, creative, and caring approach to teaching young children.
- Experience in an EYFS setting is desirable but not essential for ECTs.
- Have an up-to-date CV (covering the last ten years barring any unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one).
