Salary Range: £95 -£120 per day (Depending on Experience)
Start Time: Immediate
Contract: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

GSL Education are recruiting a dedicated PE Support to join a Sheffield school, offering a competitive daily rate of £95 - £120 based on experience.
Role Overview:
In this role, you will assist PE teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive physical education lessons, helping pupils to develop their fitness, skills, and enthusiasm for sport.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support delivery of PE lessons and extracurricular sports activities.
- Encourage pupil participation and promote positive behaviour.
- Prepare and maintain sports equipment and ensure a safe environment.
- Assist with organising school sports events and competitions.
- Promote teamwork, fair play, and pupil wellbeing.
- Comply with safeguarding policies and health and safety guidelines.
Job Requirements:
- Experience supporting physical education or sports activities with children.
- Good communication and motivational skills.
- Understanding of child safeguarding and welfare principles.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Relevant sports qualifications are advantageous but not essential.
- Enthusiasm for encouraging physical activity among young learners.
- Have an updated CV (covering the last ten years barring any unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one).
