Job Title: SEMH Teacher
Location: Sheffield (S2)
Salary Range: £160 to £250 per day (depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract: Day-to-day or long-term, Part-time or full-time

About the Role:
You will work closely with pupils with SEMH, Autism, and diverse SEND needs, creating tailored support plans, delivering engaging lessons, and fostering a positive environment for growth. Your contributions will help students thrive academically and socially.
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver structured programmes for pupils with special educational needs
- Use a variety of teaching techniques to engage learners of all abilities
- Promote social skills, resilience, and positive behaviour management
- Collaborate with colleagues, families, and external professionals to optimise support
- Monitor progress and adapt strategies to ensure success
- Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience working within SEN or SEMH settings
- Knowledge of SEND legislation and best practices
- Patience, empathy, and adaptability
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to safeguarding policies
- Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check
