Salary Range: £160 to £250 per day (depending on experience)

About the Role:
You will work closely with pupils with SEMH, Autism, and diverse SEND needs, creating tailored support plans, delivering engaging lessons, and fostering a positive environment for growth. Your contributions will help students thrive academically and socially.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver structured programmes for pupils with special educational needs
  • Use a variety of teaching techniques to engage learners of all abilities
  • Promote social skills, resilience, and positive behaviour management
  • Collaborate with colleagues, families, and external professionals to optimise support
  • Monitor progress and adapt strategies to ensure success
  • Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience working within SEN or SEMH settings
  • Knowledge of SEND legislation and best practices
  • Patience, empathy, and adaptability
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Commitment to safeguarding policies
  • Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check
