Salary: Up to £115 per day (depending on experience)

Role Overview:
As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will provide advanced classroom support by leading small-group interventions, delivering tailored activities, and assisting with individual education plans. You will help cultivate a positive, inclusive learning environment and collaborate closely with teaching staff to raise attainment across the curriculum.
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver targeted support to individuals and small groups, adapting resources to meet diverse needs.
- Assist teachers in planning engaging, differentiated lessons and preparing learning materials.
- Promote positive behaviour, resilience, and pupil independence.
- Monitor and record progress, feeding back to teachers and parents/carers.
- Contribute to a safe, stimulating classroom that encourages curiosity and confidence.
Requirements for Level 3 TA:
- Hold a recognised Level 3 Teaching Assistant (TA) qualification is desirable.
- Have proven experience supporting learning in a primary or secondary setting.
- Demonstrate excellent communication, organisation, and behaviour-management skills.
- Be flexible, proactive, and passionate about inclusive education.
- Have an up-to-date CV (covering the last ten years barring any unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one).
