Midday Supervisors (MSA)
Location: St Leonards on Sea
Pay: £90–£110 per day (Depending on Experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-Day / Long-Term; Full-Time / Part-Time

The Role:
As a Midday Supervisor, you will supervise pupils during lunch breaks, ensuring their safety and well-being in the dining hall, playground, and other designated areas. You will encourage positive behaviour, facilitate inclusive play, and provide support to pupils needing extra assistance, helping to create a calm and enjoyable lunchtime experience.
What you have to do as a Midday Supervisor (MSA):
- Supervise pupils in the dining area and playground during lunch breaks
- Promote positive behaviour and ensure pupils follow school rules
- Assist pupils with eating and monitor their well-being
- Organise and support inclusive play activities
- Respond promptly and appropriately to any incidents or conflicts
- Ensure the safety and welfare of all pupils during the midday period
- Communicate any concerns to senior staff
- Work collaboratively with the lunchtime team
- Maintain a positive and approachable presence for pupils
- Follow all safeguarding and health and safety guidelines
What we need from a Midday Supervisor:
- Experience working with children as a Midday Supervisor or similar classroom support role is desirable
- A patient, calm, and friendly manner
- Ability to engage with children of varying ages and abilities
- Reliable and punctual with a responsible attitude
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil welfare
- Have an updated CV and an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply
