Location: St Leonards
Pay: £90–£110 per day (Depending on Experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Long-Term; Full-Time
Are you a qualified and nurturing Nursery Practitioner looking to support early development in a caring school environment?
GSL Education are seeking a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a supportive nursery setting within a primary school in St Leonards. This full-time role starts immediately and is ideal for someone passionate about delivering the EYFS curriculum and helping children aged 3–5 thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

Support learning through engaging, age-appropriate activities

Promote children’s emotional wellbeing and social development

Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment

Assist with care routines including feeding and toileting

Observe and record progress, working closely with the team and parents
Candidate Requirements:

Level 3 Childcare/Early Years qualification (e.g. CACHE, NVQ)

Experience in nursery or early years settings

Caring, energetic, and proactive approach

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
