Level 3 Nursery Practitioner
Location: St Leonards
Pay: £90–£110 per day (Depending on Experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Long-Term; Full-Time

Are you a qualified and nurturing Nursery Practitioner looking to support early development in a caring school environment?

GSL Education are seeking a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a supportive nursery setting within a primary school in St Leonards. This full-time role starts immediately and is ideal for someone passionate about delivering the EYFS curriculum and helping children aged 3–5 thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support learning through engaging, age-appropriate activities

  • Promote children’s emotional wellbeing and social development

  • Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment

  • Assist with care routines including feeding and toileting

  • Observe and record progress, working closely with the team and parents

Candidate Requirements:

  • Level 3 Childcare/Early Years qualification (e.g. CACHE, NVQ)

  • Experience in nursery or early years settings

  • Caring, energetic, and proactive approach

  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
