Salary: £120 - £180 per day (Depending on Experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-Day/Long-Term; Full-Time/Part-Time

GSL Education are recruiting for a committed Key Stage Two Teacher to join thriving primary schools in Gainsborough. Whether you are experienced or an ECT, this opportunity offers a fulfilling role in a supportive and forward-thinking teaching environment.
As a KS2 Teacher, you will be responsible for preparing students in Years 3 to 6 for the transition to secondary school. You’ll play a key role in developing students’ literacy, numeracy, and analytical thinking while supporting emotional and social development through an inclusive and stimulating classroom.
Your Responsibilities as a Key Stage 2 Teacher:
- Deliver engaging lessons in line with the Key Stage 2 national curriculum.
- Promote excellent standards in reading, writing, math, and science.
- Prepare students to ensure they make good progress.
- Create a classroom culture of high expectations, achievement, and respect.
- Monitor, assess, and report on student attainment and development.
- Collaborate with teaching assistants and other staff to support learning and well-being.
- Establish strong relationships with parents and carers.
Ideal KS2 Teacher Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent qualification is required.
- Early Career Teachers (ECTs) will also be considered.
- Strong behaviour management skill is a must to ensure a positive learning environment.
- Previous UK experience teaching within a Key Stage 2 classroom is desirable.
- Strong curriculum knowledge and familiarity with SAT preparation.
- Effective behaviour management and classroom leadership skills.
- Have an updated CV and an Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
