LSA / Behaviour Support – SEN (KS1 & KS2)
Location: Colchester
Salary: £85 - £130 per day
Start Date: Immediately

Our partner SEN school in Colchester is looking for a compassionate and resilient LSA / Behaviour Support to work across KS1 and KS2, supporting students with a range of needs particularly those facing behavioural challenges.
This full-time position is available for an immediate start and offers the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the educational journey of children who require tailored behavioural and academic support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with SEN, particularly those facing behavioural challenges
- Assist in managing challenging behaviours and promoting positive choices through de-escalation strategies and emotional regulation techniques
- Support the class teacher in delivering differentiated activities and managing classroom routines
- Work closely with SENCOs, therapists, and other professionals to deliver Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment to support each pupil's emotional and social development
