Pay: £120–£200 per day (Depending on Experience)

About the Role:

As a Primary Class Teacher at the client school, you will play a central role in shaping a stimulating and supportive classroom environment for pupils across the primary age range. You will work with small class sizes, which allow for more focused and personalised teaching, and you'll be encouraged to use creative approaches that cater to a variety of learning styles.

To be a successful Primary School Class Teacher, your responsibilities will be:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and inclusive lessons in line with the primary national curriculum
  • Foster a positive, respectful classroom atmosphere where all pupils feel valued and supported
  • Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of learners, including those requiring additional challenge or support
  • Assess, track, and report on pupil progress in a timely and accurate manner
  • Promote positive behaviour and social-emotional development
  • Contribute to wider school activities, planning meetings, and training sessions
  • Build effective relationships with colleagues, parents, and carers
  • Uphold the values, ethos, and safeguarding standards of the school at all times

Class Teacher Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or PGCE is essential
  • Recent teaching experience within a UK primary school
  • Strong classroom management and lesson planning abilities
  • Ability to engage and inspire young learners
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Have an updated CV and an Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
