Salary: £120 – £180 per day (Depending on experience)

GSL Education are currently looking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic EYFS Teacher for an welcoming early years settings in the Skegness area. This role is ideal for both experienced practitioners and Early Career Teachers who are ready to create inspiring learning experiences in the Early Years.
Role Overview:
As an EYFS Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering child-centred, play-based learning that supports development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage framework. You will help create a caring and stimulating environment that promotes emotional well-being and school readiness.
Role Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in accordance with the EYFS curriculum.
- Foster an inclusive environment that supports personal, social, and academic development.
- Use a range of observations and assessments to track progress and inform next steps.
- Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
- Maintain a classroom that is safe, vibrant, and well-organised.
- Ensure all safeguarding practices are followed diligently.
Job Requirements:
- UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with EYFS experience or specialism.
- Strong understanding of child development and early learning goals.
- Passion for creative, play-based, and inclusive teaching.
- Excellent communication, empathy, and classroom management skills.
- ECTs are encouraged and supported with structured mentoring.
- Have an updated CV (covering the last ten years barring any unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one).
