Job Title: Drama Teacher

Start Date: September 2025
Daily Pay: £150 - £220
Are you a passionate and creative Drama Teacher looking to inspire self-expression and confidence in young people? GSL Education is seeking an enthusiastic Drama Teacher to join a secondary school in Sheffield this September. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead engaging lessons that encourage performance, teamwork, and creativity across Key Stages 3 and 4.
Job Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver dynamic drama lessons that develop students’ practical and theoretical understanding.
• Prepare pupils for practical assessments, showcases, and school productions.
• Encourage collaboration, communication, and resilience through performing arts.
• Create a safe and inclusive learning environment that supports all learners.
• Contribute to extra-curricular activities, such as drama clubs or school plays.
Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or PGCE in Drama or Performing Arts.
• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for performance education.
• Excellent classroom management and interpersonal skills.
• Experience teaching in a UK secondary school is desirable.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
