Job Title: Primary Teaching Assistant
Location: Chesterfield
Pay Rate: £100 – £110 per day

Job Responsibilities:
• Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
• Provide 1:1 or small group support to pupils, ensuring they stay focused and motivated.
• Assist with classroom management and help maintain a positive learning environment.
• Adapt learning materials and strategies to meet the needs of individual students.
• Promote a nurturing and inclusive atmosphere where every child feels valued.
Requirements:
• Previous experience working in a primary school setting is highly desirable.
• A genuine passion for education and supporting children’s development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
• Full UK Driving Licence and Business Insurance (essential).
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
