The Role:

Full-time, long-term SEN teaching opportunity

Working across Primary or Secondary phases, depending on experience

Delivering structured teaching programmes aligned with EHCP targets

Collaborating closely with therapists, support staff and families

Maintaining a calm and consistent classroom to support emotional regulation and academic growth
The Ideal Candidate:

Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) or equivalent

Experienced in working with children or young people with autism or other complex needs

Committed to inclusive education and personalised learning

Skilled in positive behaviour support and communication strategies (e.g., PECS, Makaton, visual timetables)

Patient, consistent, and able to adapt to individual needs
