Salary: £31,650 to £49,084 annually

GSL Education is thrilled to be recruiting a passionate and dedicated Mathematics Teacher to join an outstanding special needs school in Southampton, catering to children and young people aged 2 to 19 with a variety of complex needs, including Autism, Down Syndrome, physical disabilities, and profound learning difficulties.

You will work closely with an expert multidisciplinary team, including Teaching Assistants, School Nurses, Speech and Language Therapists, Physiotherapists, and Occupational Therapists, to ensure every student can access and enjoy learning.

Requirements for Mathematics Teacher role:
- Must have Qualified teacher status (QTS).
- Exhibits proactive, energetic, compassionate, flexible and adaptable qualities
- Provides a verifiable work historyTop of Form
- Strong desire to work in a SEN setting.
- Ability to communicate effectively and establish strong relationships.
- Have a DBS registered to the update service or be happy to apply for one with GSL Education
