Full-Time MFL Teacher – Secondary School in Fleet, Hampshire!

GSL Education are delighted to present an exciting opportunity for a passionate and dedicated Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) Teacher to join a welcoming and inclusive secondary school in Fleet, Hampshire. This full-time role is set to begin in September 2025.

Responsibilities of an MFL Teacher:

  • Deliver engaging and inspiring lessons in one or more modern foreign languages across Key Stages.
  • Plan and implement lessons that foster language acquisition, cultural awareness, and communication skills.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and tailored support.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the school’s MFL curriculum and teaching strategies.
  • Promote student achievement and well-being through high expectations and supportive teaching.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • A strong passion for languages, culture, and education.
  • Experience teaching MFL at the secondary level (Early Careers Teachers are warmly encouraged to apply).
  • Ability to deliver creative and inclusive lessons that engage all learners.
  • A commitment to safeguarding, student welfare, and continuous professional development.
  • An up-to-date CV (covering the last ten years with no unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).
