GSL Education are thrilled to present a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic Outdoor Learning Coach to join a vibrant secondary school in Portsmouth. This full-time role offers a competitive annual salary and is set to begin in September 2025, with interviews taking place in the coming weeks.
About the Role:

As an Outdoor Learning Coach, you’ll lead an innovative, outdoor education-focused curriculum that supports students through engaging projects, excursions, and experiential learning. Your responsibilities will include:
- Curriculum Delivery: Design and lead outdoor learning sessions that align with educational goals and promote holistic development.
- Student Engagement: Inspire students through nature-based activities, fostering teamwork, resilience, and confidence.
- Project Leadership: Oversee outdoor projects and excursions, ensuring safety and meaningful learning experiences.
- Collaborative Planning: Work closely with teaching staff to integrate outdoor learning into the wider curriculum.
- Progress Monitoring: Track student engagement and development, contributing to progress reports and reviews.
- Positive Environment: Promote a culture of respect, curiosity, and environmental stewardship.
