Primary Teacher
Location: Boston
Salary: £130 – £180 per day (Depending on Experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-Day / Long-Term; Full-Time / Part-Time

About the Role:
As a Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering lessons that meet the needs of pupils across the primary age range, across EYFS, KS1 & KS2. You will be expected to create a positive and inclusive learning environment where every child can thrive academically and socially. You’ll play a vital role in setting high expectations for behaviour, progress, and pupil outcomes.
Primary School Teacher Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons to primary-aged pupils
- Use a range of strategies to manage behaviour and encourage participation
- Support pupils’ academic and personal development
- Monitor pupil progress and provide clear feedback
- Create a safe and stimulating classroom environment
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents
- Contribute to the wider school life, including extracurricular activities if desired
- Follow school policies and uphold safeguarding standards at all times
Candidate Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent is essential
- Experience teaching in a UK primary school setting
- Strong behaviour management skills and classroom presence
- A creative and adaptable approach to teaching
- Ability to plan and deliver lessons according to the national curriculum
- Have an updated CV and an enhanced DBS registered on the update service (or willingness to apply for one)
