Teaching Assistant - Special Educational Needs (SEN) School
Location: Totton
Salary: £82.80 to £100 per day
Start Date: ASAP/ September 2025

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver one-to-one and small group support to pupils with a variety of SEN, including Autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs (SEMH), Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN), and Complex Learning Difficulties.
- Assist with personal care tasks when necessary (experience in this area is highly valued).
- Foster a nurturing, inclusive, and engaging learning environment for all students.
- Collaborate effectively with teachers, therapists, and families to support and implement personalised learning plans.
We're Looking For :
Experience supporting children or adults with Special Educational Needs (SEN), with personal care experience considered a strong advantage. The ideal candidate will be patient, adaptable, and genuinely passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of others. A willingness to learn is key, as full training and ongoing support will be provided to help you grow in the Teaching Assistant role.
