Rate: £90 to £110 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

About the Role:
As a Nursery Practitioner in Seaford, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of children in their early years. Working closely with colleagues and families, you will help create a nurturing and engaging environment where every child feels safe, valued, and inspired to explore.
Key Responsibilities of Nursery Practitioner:
- Support Early Years Development: Assist in planning and delivering age-appropriate activities that promote learning through play.
- Ensure Child Welfare: Maintain a safe, clean, and secure environment, adhering to safeguarding and health & safety guidelines.
- Build Positive Relationships: Foster strong, supportive relationships with children, parents, and staff.
- Observe and Record Progress: Monitor and document children’s development, sharing insights with parents and colleagues.
- Encourage Independence: Support children in developing confidence, communication, and social skills.
- Collaborate with Team: Work effectively with other staff to ensure a cohesive and inclusive approach to childcare.
Requirements of Nursery Practitioner:
- Qualifications: Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education.
- Experience: Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Commitment: A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
- Safeguarding Knowledge: Understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures.

- Have an enhanced DBS registered to the update service or be willing to apply for one.
