Pay Rate: £90 to £110 per day (Depending on experience)

About the Role
As a Primary Classroom Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in helping children thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Working closely with teachers, you’ll provide tailored one-on-one and small group support, assist in lesson delivery, and help create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere. Key Responsibilities of Primary Classroom Assistant
- Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement personalised learning strategies.
- Provide targeted support to individual pupils and small groups to reinforce learning.
- Encourage positive behaviour and model respectful interactions.
- Assist in preparing engaging classroom materials and activities.
- Monitor and record student progress, sharing insights with the teaching team.
- Work with other professionals to ensure holistic support for each child’s development.
Requirements for Primary Classroom Assistant
- Previous experience in a classroom or educational setting is desirable.
- A genuine enthusiasm for working with children in a primary school environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A proactive and flexible approach to supporting learning.
- Relevant qualifications or training in education are advantageous.
- A strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
