Job Title: Behaviour Mentor
Location: Redbridge
Salary: £85 to £110 per day
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Full-time, Long-term
Are you ready to support students with complex needs in a positive and structured environment? GSL Education is currently looking for a committed Behaviour Mentor to join a welcoming and forward-thinking special school in Redbridge.

The school provides a caring and inclusive learning space, with a team of staff dedicated to promoting holistic student development.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide tailored behavioural support to students with SEN and SEMH needs.

Support students in developing social and emotional regulation skills.

Work collaboratively with teaching and support staff to plan and deliver interventions.

Contribute to creating a safe and positive school culture.
Candidate Requirements:

Previous experience working in a SEN/SEMH environment is preferred.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Calm, empathetic, and patient demeanour.

Clear understanding of safeguarding and child protection policies.
