About the Role:
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside experienced teachers to support students in their academic and personal development. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates considering a future in teaching or education-related fields.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support students in class, in small groups, or one-to-one
- Help prepare learning materials and classroom resources
- Assist in managing behaviour and promoting positive learning environments
- Contribute to the planning and delivery of engaging lessons
- Provide support for students with additional learning needs
- Gain valuable insight into the daily life of a school
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- A degree in any subject (education-related fields are a bonus)
- A keen interest in teaching and working with young people
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive, proactive, and flexible attitude
- The ability to build strong relationships with students and staff
