SEN Teaching Assistant – Southsea
Salary Scale: £13.68 to £14.88 per hour

A special school in Southsea, supporting incredible pupils aged 2 to 19 with profound, severe and complex learning difficulties with Autism Spectrum Condition, Severe physical disabilities and Highly complex medical needs, looking for a SEN Teaching Assistant.
We deliver a highly specialist, personalised curriculum that empowers every child to thrive academically, socially and emotionally.
As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you'll be part of a dynamic and nurturing team. You will:
- Support pupils with their communication, independence and personal development
- Help them grow in confidence, problem-solving and self-belief
- Create learning that’s fun, meaningful and motivating
- Work in partnership with teachers, therapists and families
- Encourage children to enjoy learning in school and beyond
- Use creative approaches to help pupils learn, communicate and make choices
