Job Title: Teaching Assistant (TA)
Location: St. Leonards-On-Sea, East Sussex
Salary: £90 - £100 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

This full-time role offers an immediate start and the chance to make a lasting impact on the lives of young learners.
About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will support classroom learning under the direction of the class teacher, providing targeted academic and emotional support to pupils across a range of abilities. Your role will be vital in helping children access the curriculum, develop confidence, and maintain positive behaviour in a nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual or small group support to pupils across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
- Assist the class teacher with lesson preparation and classroom organisation.
- Foster a safe and inclusive atmosphere where all children can thrive.
- Monitor pupil progress and feedback to teaching staff.
- Support pupils with additional needs or those requiring emotional regulation strategies.
- Promote positive behaviour and uphold school values in all settings.
Job Requirements:
- Experience working with children in a primary school setting is essential.
- A calm, caring, and patient demeanour.
- Good literacy, numeracy, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and independently with students.
- A genuine passion for supporting the learning and development of young children.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Have an updated CV and an enhanced DBS registered to the update service (or be willing to apply for one)
