Nursery Practitioner – Colchester
Location: Colchester
Salary: £85 - £120 per day

Are you a nurturing, enthusiastic, and dedicated Nursery Practitioner with a passion for early childhood development?
An outstanding nursery in Colchester is looking for an experienced and caring individual to join their vibrant team immediately!

About the Nursery:
- Rated “Good” or “Outstanding” by Ofsted

Your Role Will Include:
- Providing high-quality care and education for children aged 0–5
- Supporting the physical, emotional, and educational development of each child
- Planning fun, engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework
- Building strong relationships with children, parents, and the wider team
- Promoting a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
✅ You Will Need:
- A relevant Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification (essential)
- Sound understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding practices
- A warm, positive, and proactive attitude
- Great communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine love for working with young children
