Job Title: EYFS Teacher
Location: Skegness
Salary: £130 - £180 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

GSL Education are seeking a dedicated Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teacher to join a friendly & nurturing setting in Skegness. This is a wonderful chance for someone who loves working with young children and wants to help them in the early stage of their learning. You will be working with children aged 3 to 5, helping them build strong foundations in literacy, numeracy, and personal development through play-based and structured learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and present interesting lessons using the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
  • Foster a safe, dynamic, and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
  • Support the development of children’s communication, language, physical, and social skills.
  • Observe, monitor, and assess children’s progress, keeping accurate records.
  • Work closely with teaching assistants, parents, and the wider school community.
  • Promote positive behaviour and emotional well-being in young children.

Requirements of EYFS Teacher:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
  • Proven experience working in an EYFS setting is desirable.
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and child development.
  • Patient, caring, and passionate about early childhood education.
  • Excellent classroom management skills.
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply via GSL Education.
