Location: Newham
Salary: £185 - £265 per day
Start Date: September 2025
Contract: Long term

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons in both Textiles and Food Technology

  • Encourage students to explore creativity, design, and healthy living

  • Manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning environment

  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to support development

  • Organise and manage practical sessions with safety and enthusiasm

Requirements:

  • Must have UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

  • Experience teaching Textiles and/or Food Technology at secondary level

  • Strong communication and classroom management skills

  • A genuine passion for inspiring young minds through hands-on learning

  • Able to commit to a full-time, long-term position starting in September 2025
