Location: Halstead
Hours: Full-time | Part-time | Flexible
Salary: £100 - £150 per day | Based on Experience
The Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Cover Supervisor to join our schools in the Halstead area. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in education and make a real difference in the classroom.
You will:
- Deliver pre-prepared lessons in the absence of teaching staff
- Supervise classes across a range of subjects and year groups
- Maintain a positive and focused learning environment
- Uphold school policies, including behaviour and safeguarding
Who We’re Looking For:
- A confident communicator who can manage a classroom with presence
- Someone adaptable, organised, and calm under pressure
- Experience working with young people is an advantage, but not essential
