Job Title: Primary Teacher
Location: Pevensey
Salary: £120-£200 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: September 2025
Contract Type: Part-time/Full-time
GSL Education are looking for a caring and dedicated Primary Teacher to work in friendly schools across Pevensey. If you enjoy working with young children and want a rewarding role, this could be the right job for you.
As a Primary Teacher, you will teach a class of young learners and help them with reading, writing, maths, and other subjects. Your support and guidance will make a big difference in their education and confidence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach fun and clear lessons to meet the needs of all students.
- Create a calm and happy classroom where children can do their best.
- Support each child’s learning and personal development.
- Work closely with other teachers and teaching assistants.
- Keep track of student progress and share feedback with staff and families.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching in primary schools is desirable.
- Kind, positive, and organised approach to teaching.
- Able to manage the classroom and support different learning needs.
- An Enhanced DBS certificate on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one through GSL Education.
