Job Title: Primary Teacher
Location: Grantham
Salary: £130–£180 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

GSL Education are currently seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Primary Teacher to join a welcoming and forward-thinking school in Grantham. This role is available for an immediate start on a supply basis, with the potential for a long-term position.
About the Role:
As a Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and inclusive lessons that support the academic and personal development of pupils across Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2. You will play a vital role in fostering a positive learning environment and helping every child achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities of Primary Teacher:
- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the national curriculum.
- Assess and monitor pupil progress, adapting teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs.
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Promote a culture of high expectations, curiosity, and resilience.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents to support pupil development.
- Contribute to the wider school community and uphold school policies.
Requirements of Primary Teacher:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in primary education.
- Proven experience teaching in a UK primary school setting.
- Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum and assessment methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Effective classroom management and behaviour strategies.
- Adaptability, creativity, and a commitment to inclusive education.
- A current CV covering the last 10 years (with any gaps explained) and an enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
