Salary: £130-£180 per day (Depending on experience)

GSL Education are currently recruiting for a dedicated and enthusiastic EYFS Teacher to join a friendly and inclusive primary school setting in Grantham. This is a rewarding opportunity to shape the early experiences of young learners and foster their development through creative and purposeful teaching.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage framework. You will play a vital role in encouraging curiosity, developing key skills, and ensuring every child feels safe, supported, and inspired in their first steps into formal education.
EYFS Teacher Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences tailored to individual needs within the EYFS framework.
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive classroom environment that promotes social, emotional, and academic growth.
- Use continuous observation and assessment to inform planning and progression.
- Work in partnership with support staff, parents, and carers to ensure the best outcomes for each pupil.
- Maintain a safe and stimulating classroom in line with school safeguarding policies.
- Encourage creativity, play-based learning, and child-led exploration.
EYFS Teacher Job Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- Proven experience teaching in an EYFS setting, with a thorough understanding of the EYFS curriculum.
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and developmental milestones.
- A kind, patient, and enthusiastic approach to teaching and learning.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with young children, staff, and parents.
- Sound knowledge of safeguarding practices.
- Have an updated CV (covering the last ten years barring any unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one).
