SEN Teacher – Camden

Location: Camden
Salary: £145 to £230 per day (depending on experience)
Contract: Full-time | Long-term
Start Date: Immediate

GSL Education is seeking an experienced and passionate SEN Teacher to join a welcoming and inclusive school in Camden. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated educator to make a lasting impact on the lives of young learners with Special Educational Needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and tailored lessons to meet the needs of students with SEN.

  • Adapt curriculum content and teaching strategies to support individual learning styles.

  • Work collaboratively with SENCOs and support staff to develop and implement IEPs.

  • Provide a safe and inclusive classroom environment that encourages progress and confidence.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.

  • Previous experience in an SEN setting is preferred.

  • Knowledge of strategies to support learners with autism, ADHD, SEMH, or MLD.

  • Excellent classroom management and communication skills.

  • Strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
