GSL Education is seeking a committed and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant and supportive school in Haringey. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has previous experience supporting pupils with special educational needs (SEN) and is passionate about providing inclusive education.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with SEN, including those with autism, ADHD, and moderate learning needs.

Assist the class teacher with lesson delivery and behaviour management.

Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.

Support students’ emotional, social, and academic development.
Requirements:

Previous experience in an SEN setting is preferable.

Patience, resilience, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection.

A genuine interest in supporting students with diverse needs.
