GSL Education is looking for enthusiastic and nurturing Nursery Assistants to support day nurseries across Chelmsford on a daily supply basis.
This is a great opportunity if you love variety, flexibility, and the joy of early years education—without the commitment of a permanent role.
What You'll Be Doing:

Supporting babies, toddlers, and preschoolers through daily routines and play-based learning

Creating a safe, happy, and engaging space where children can thrive

Assisting with snack times, toileting, and keeping the nursery environment clean and tidy

Working as part of a friendly team to deliver high-quality care and education

Bringing energy, kindness, and adaptability to every setting you visit
✅ What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience working with children aged 0–5 (nursery or similar)

A caring, flexible, and positive attitude

Understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework is a bonus
-
Level 2 or 3 Childcare qualification is desirable, but not essential

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
