Job Title: Level 2 or 3 Early Years Practitioner (EYP)
Location: Rotherham
Salary: £86 - £100 per day (Depending on experience)
Start: Immediate
Contract: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

GSL Education are looking for an Early Years Practitioner (Level 2 or 3) to join Primary/Nursery setting schools in Rotherham. This is a great chance to support children in their early learning and be part of a helpful and supportive team. You will help create fun and safe activities for children aged 0-5 and support their learning and development every day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and take part in fun activities made for young children.
  • Make sure the classroom is safe, clean, and welcoming for all children.
  • Update parents regularly on the development or support that their children need.
  • Work well with other team members to build the perfect environment for children.
  • Support children with their behaviour and help them follow their routine.
  • Join in staff training and support other school activities when needed.

Requirements:

  • A Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare is a must
  • A real love for working with children and helping them learn.
  • Friendly, patient, and caring personality.
  • A strong interest in keeping children safe and happy.
  • A current CV that covers the last 10 years (with no unexplained gaps).
  • An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willing to apply for one through GSL Education.
