Job Title: EYFS Teacher
Location: Grimsby
Salary: £130 - £180 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: September 2025
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time
GSL Education are looking for a caring and creative Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teacher to join a nursery setting in Grimsby. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping little learners grow through fun, play, and kindness. The role starts in September, with flexible work options available to suit you.
In this role as an EYFS Teacher, you will help young children learn through play, stories, and creative activities. You will create a safe and happy classroom where every child feels valued and supported.
What you'll be doing:
- Create fun and engaging lessons through stories, songs, and play.
- Help children with early skills like speaking, counting, and writing.
- Build a safe, calm, and welcoming classroom.
- Work closely with support staff and parents to help each child do their best.
- Watch and record children’s progress as they learn and grow.
What you need:
- A teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent).
- Experience teaching in Early Years (Nursery or Reception) is desirable.
- A patient, friendly and nurturing approach.
- Good understanding of the EYFS curriculum.
- A valid enhanced DBS on the update service, or willingness to get one through GSL Education.
