The Role:
- Deliver engaging and dynamic Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4
- Use a strong knowledge of the curriculum to plan and adapt lessons for students of varying abilities
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
- Contribute to the wider school community and uphold school values in day-to-day teaching
- Monitor progress and provide timely and effective feedback
- Work collaboratively with a supportive department and wider school staff
Ideal Candidate:
- Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent
- Has recent experience teaching Maths in a UK secondary school setting
- Demonstrates excellent subject knowledge and classroom management
- Committed to fostering a love for Maths and raising attainment
- Passionate about creating a positive learning environment for all students
