Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant (TA)
Location: Hayling Island
Salary: £13.68 to £14.88 per hour (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

What You Will Do:

  • Engage with children during lessons.
  • Observe pupils’ progress and share useful information with teachers.
  • Help maintain a calm and organised classroom.
  • Encourage positive social interactions.
  • Follow guidance from teaching staff.

Who We Are Looking For:

  • Experience working as an SEN Teaching Assistant is desirable.
  • Patience, kindness, and understanding.
  • Good communication and the ability to work well with others.
  • Dependable with a positive attitude.
  • An enhanced DBS certificate on the update service or willingness to apply through GSL Education.
