Location: Andover
Salary: £13.68 – £14.88 per hour (Depending on Experience)
Start Date: Immediate

GSL Education are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Teaching Assistants to work in schools across Andover. In this TA role, you'll play a vital role in supporting classroom learning, helping students reach their full potential in a welcoming and inclusive environment.
Teaching Assistant (TA) Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one and small group support for students of varying abilities.
- Assist teachers in planning, preparing, and delivering engaging lessons.
- Support behaviour management and promote positive pupil engagement.
- Help maintain a nurturing and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
- Monitor and report on student progress and development.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external professionals to support individual learning needs.
Teaching Assistant Requirements:
- Experience working with children or young people in educational or care settings as a Teaching Assistant (TA) or similar.
- CACHE Level 2/3 or NVQ Level 2/3 in Teaching Assistance or Childcare is advantageous.
- University students or graduates in Education, Psychology, or related fields are welcome.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, flexibility, and a passion for supporting learners.
- A valid enhanced DBS registered to the update service or willingness to apply for one.
