Salary: £13.68 – £14.88 per hour (Depending on Experience)

As a Teaching Assistant (TA), you will support students in developing their learning and confidence, while working alongside dedicated educators to maintain a productive and inclusive classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities as a Teaching Assistant (TA):
- Provide in-class support to students either one-to-one or in small groups.
- Work closely with teachers to assist in lesson delivery and classroom organisation.
- Foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment.
- Promote positive behaviour and encourage student engagement.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to staff.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external professionals when required.
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Previous experience working with children or young people in an educational or childcare setting as a Teaching Assistant or similar.
- CACHE Level 2/3 or NVQ Level 2/3 in Childcare or Teaching Assistance is desirable.
- University students or graduates in Education, Psychology, or related fields are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication, patience, and interpersonal skills.
- A positive and adaptable approach to supporting learners of all abilities.
- An enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one.
