This specialist setting supports pupils aged 11 to 16 with a variety of complex needs, including Autism Spectrum Conditions (ASC), sensory and communication challenges, moderate to severe learning difficulties, and mental health needs.

Your Role as an SEN Teaching Assistant Will Include:

  • Providing in-class and small group support tailored to individual learning styles
  • Creating engaging, hands-on learning experiences that support academic and emotional growth
  • Collaborating with teachers, therapists, and parents to create an inclusive learning experience
  • Promoting student independence and life skills that prepare them for adulthood
