Job Title: Individual Needs Assistant (INA)
Location: Seaford
Pay: £90 - £110 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate/September 2025
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

GSL Education are looking for a kind and reliable Individual Needs Assistant (INA) to work with a welcoming school in Seaford. This is a lovely opportunity to support a child one-to-one and help them feel safe, happy, and ready to learn.
In this role as an Individual Needs Assistant, you will work closely with a student who needs extra help due to learning or emotional needs. You will give them the support they need during lessons and playtimes, helping them build confidence and stay on track.
Your Daily Role Will Include:
- Supporting one student with their learning and daily routine.
- Helping them understand tasks and stay focused in class.
- Working alongside the class teacher to meet the student’s needs.
- Encouraging positive behaviour and praising their efforts.
- Being a kind and steady presence for the student throughout the day.
- Helping with break and lunch supervision if needed.
What We Are Looking For:
- Someone caring, patient, and calm.
- Experience supporting children with special or additional needs is helpful.
- Good communication skills and a helpful attitude.
- A CV covering the last 10 years, with no unexplained gaps.
- An enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply through GSL Education.
