Position: SEN Teacher
Location: Bovington
Salary: £31,650 - £49,084 per annum (MPS/UPS) (Depending on experience)
Commencement: Immediate/September 2025
Contract: Full time/Permanent
GSL Education are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Special Education Needs (SEN) Teacher to join our team in Bovington. This is your opportunity to help students enjoy learning and grow. This role is all about helping students with special needs by making lessons that help them learn and feel safe and happy.
What You Will Do:
- Teach simple and fun lessons that help each student learn in their own way.
- Join in with school trips, games, and other fun activities outside the classroom.
- Watch how students are doing, help them when needed, and change your lessons to support them better.
- Make the classroom a happy and safe place where every student feels welcome.
- Keep all activities safe and show students how to stay safe too.
What We’re Looking For:
- A recognised teaching qualification (QTS or similar).
- A CV showing your job history for the last 10 years with every gaps explained.
- An enhanced DBS on the update service, or be willing to get one through GSL Education.
- Experience teaching students with special educational needs is desirable.
- Someone who can encourage and support students to do their best.
- A love for teaching and helping students enjoy learning.
- Special education training is helpful but not required.
